What is inside each FrillsBox? 

Each beautifully assembled Frills Box includes a collection of vintage and locally handmade items handpicked to celebrate the season ahead. Subscribers can look forward to unwrapping seasonal candles, entertaining essentials, kitchen and bathroom accessories, and much more.

Can I send a subscription as a gift?

Of course! They make perfect gifts! During the checkout process, you will have the opportunity to include a personalized gift message that will be printed on a note and included in your box. Be sure to include the recipients address in the Shipping Address section.

Can I purchase just one FrillsBox?

Yes, you can purchase individual boxes - you can select 'Single Box' at checkout. 

Where do we ship?

Currently we only ship in the United States through USPS Priority mail service. No signature required. Unfortunately, do to logistical issues, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside of the United States.

When do FrillsBoxes ship? 

We release and ship our boxes quarterly and have them available for purchase until we run out of stock. FrillsBoxes will ship the first week of the following months: March (Spring Box), June (Summer Box), September (Fall Box), and December (Winter Box).  

When will I be billed?

Annual Subscriptions are billed every 3 months once you FrillsBox has shipped. The original method of payment will be used each billing cycle. If you have questions about your membership or would like additional information, please send us an email to vpteam@thevintagepantryco.com.

Do you accept returns?   

At this time, we do not accept returned items and all sales are final.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your box, send us a message!  We will work with you to exchange items or to come up with a solution. Please send us an email to vpteam@thevintagepantryco.com.

 

What is your cancellation policy? 

Cancellation must be requested before the first day of the month that the next quarterly box ships (e.g., by May 30 for the June shipment). Please send us an email to vpteam@thevintagepantryco.com.
